This tough for small countries in Asia to go against China directly or indirectly. The country like US and India avoid taking direct stance against China's role in Tibet so what happened in Nepal was but obvious. We have seen how strongly Chinese ambassador in India rejected the statement made by the speaker of HOR, US in Dharshala, India.

Yeah you cannot expect Nepal to directly go against China and these arrests are a direct result of it.

Being a minnow as compared to great giants like US, India, and China, Nepal is in no position to announce its role whether to oppose or defend Tibet’s cause. One thing is for sure that Nepal wont allow any chaos on its soil. Coz Nepal is resurrecting itself to normalize the home political environment.
