Maybe, this is just another case of the intolerant Indian.
Andhra Pradesh banned ‘Da Vinci Code’ on Thursday. It is the latest state who has decided to take this step. According to state officials, this movie is insulting to Christians. I think that the official should write a letter to the Director and Producer of the film to stop the release of this movie worldwide. Andhra has one percent Christian in 80 million people and has that much concern over the film, surprising!
Andhra is not alone but it is last state hopefully to do this, six states has already banned the movie. Paul Bhuyan, the special chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh, says, the minority organizations suggest that the movie’s storyline attacked the heart of Holy Gospel and it is tearing down the divinity of Jesus Christ.
Still, the film has houseful board hanged outside the threaters in India’s 22 other states since released, a week later its worldwide release.
P.S.: Did you know that just a earshot from the Vatican, they are screening Da Vinci Code with no hassles?
