Some people have a unique quality, it does not matter which side you are, and he will choose the other side. They are born to fight with logic what they have. This is their right. You cannot force them.

Senior criminal lawyer and former Union Law minister, Ram Jethmalani is doing the same right now. And the News Channels are openly criticizing him on his decision.

Jethmalani has committed to defend Manu Sharma, the accused in Jessica Lall murder case. As we all know about the public anguish on the development of the case.

Now, being a senior lawyer he decided to defend Manu Sharma. This is his right to decide what to do in which case.

Now, the game is on and he is becoming the target of Media as media has played the central role to revive the case and build the public outrage against the accused and the system.

Now all swords are pointed towards Ram Jethmalani. They are saying that should he take the case... Shouldn’t he take the case... The sms pollings are on, the talk shows will be in the pipeline.

In every one-hr bulletin, at least 10 minutes are possibly being provided to the matter. Electronic media is busy deciding what Jethmalani should do.

According to my view its all rubbish and bullshit. Who are they to decide what a senior criminal lawyer should do or not to do. The constitution of India and The Indian Legal system says that even the accused person will have the right to have a lawyer to fight his ground.

If Manu Sharma has decided to take the service of Ram Jethmalani, what is wrong in it.

Aren’t the News Channels making another Afzal? The supporters of Afzal are saying that He had not given any lawyer to defend himself in the court.

I have a suggestion to self-established so-called watchdog of society that let the system to do its work. Do Report each and every point of the truth but don’t interfere and don’t advice anybody what to do or what not to do.

Keep your self away from the law establishing process. You people are not entitled to do that. I am dead against the obscenely commercialized sms polling system started on the name of Citizen Journalism.

This practice has started to make money nothing else. 4,000 or 5,000 people’s sms never become the voice of the majority and the channels present it in the name of people’s voice.
