Earlier DG B B Mohanty’s son, Bitti Mohanty, was found accused for raping a German tourist in rajsthan. BB Mohanty is now accused of helping his son to jump parole from Jaipur Central Jail. Since Biti was convicted on the charges of rape, he had been lodged in a Rajasthan jail.

Now another son of high profile person is found accused for raping a woman in UP. According to the report, the UP police have arrested Amit Bhadauria in the connection with kidnapping and rape case in Lucknow.

Amit Bhadauria is the son of the Barabanki Additional District Judge. The report says that Amit and one of his friends Akhilesh had kidnapped a 40-year-old woman, a beautician by profession, on Sunday and raped her in their moving car.

Later, both of them had also given a threatening not to disclose the matter anywhere. The woman received her family’s support and filed an FIR in Lucknow against both.

On the other hand, Amit Bhadauria, himself is a practicing lawyer, denied all allegation charged against him. He said that the woman was with them and they were drinking through the afternoon. He said:

We are being framed. If we had to rape the woman, why would we take her to a public place? We dropped her off, as she was drunk.
