We always criticize politicians and bureaucrats for doing nonsense acts sometimes. The celebrities are not far behind them. This time Big B has done it. Earlier I criticized Amitabh Bachchan here to opt a foreign university for turning in Dr. Amitabh Bachchan.
After that, he collected twenty-six pounds (Twenty lakhs forty thousand rupees) from the British parliament for the victims of Mumbai Blast. He did it at the dinner celebration of the degree awarded to him by De Monfort University in Leicester.
I have left no words to express except ‘Shame on You Dr. Bachchan’.
He described the celebration as the most memorable day of his life.
I just remembered the horrible earthquake happened in Gujarat in 2000. The country had lost hundreds of life and their homes. Many countries expressed their grief feeling and tried to give monetary help, and the government of India simply and humbly denied taking the help. India took care of its people by itself only.
The people from every corner helped with open heart. NGOs were worked day and night at the earthquake region.
Then, the Tsunami happened and People helped the victims by their own resources.
Only eleven days has gone of the terror of 7/11, despite of thinking and caring of victims and their families, the ‘Great’ Big B is busy attending degree and parties abroad.
By taking the helping aid from the UK MPs and other people, he made fun of India. He has no moral right to do it. If he cannot help the victims directly, he should not hurt the sentiments of the victims as well as the Indian citizens.
