The Bhartiya Janta Party has criticized the decision taken by the Andhra Pradesh government to bring an ordinance for providing reservation to Muslim community. The BJP has strongly condemn this decision and said that it would damage the roots of national unity.

Javdekar, who is also state-in-charge of AP, alleged that the YS Rajsekhar Reddy’s motive and intention behind the decision is purely political.

The decision to bring ordinance to provide reservation to Muslims is a divisive vote bank politics playing by the Congress government in the state. The government has no intention for minority’s welfare.
