TRS has been out of the government now and its two ministers have resigned from the cabinet. The cabinet, it seems, is running out of the quality manpower to hold the post. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had already indicated last month that there is cabinet reshuffle is in pipeline.
The Prime Minister, himself, is holding the charges of five ministries such as-
a) Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions;
b) Ministry of Planning;
c) Department of Atomic Energy;
d) Department of Space; and
e) Ministry of External Affairs.
There are some ministers also who are holding more than one portfolio in the cabinet such as-
Sharad Pawar- Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.
Mahavir Prasad- Minister of Small Scale Industries and Minister of Agro & Rural Industries.
P R Kyndiah- Minister of Tribal Affairs and Minister of Development of North Eastern Region.
Priyaranjan Das Munshi- Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minister of Information & Broadcasting.
Mani shankar Aiyyar- Minister of Panchayati Raj.and Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports.
Ambika Soni- Minister of Tourism and Minister of Culture.
Kapil Sibbal- Minister of Science & Technology and Minister of Earth Sciences.
Ministers of State
Suresh Pachouri- Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions and Minister of State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
Kantilal Bhuria- Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Minister of State in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.
Suryakanta Patil- Minister of State in the Ministry of Rural Development and Minister of State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

The different allies of the UPA government such as RJD, NCP and others will demand for their greater presence in the government. As reported by different media sources, Manmohan Singh has been transformed as a politician now, it will be interesting to see how he will satisfy the hunger of power of its allies in the government.

Let the bosses who run the country see that all posts are filled with full compliment at all the times and also no project remain unstarted (after its completion) just because a politician/leader has no time to inaugurate. All leaders’ hands are not that auspicious to wait till are free.
