Father claims daughters' kidnapping from DLF City Center, Gurgaon

Tejpal Jaitley, a resident of Gurgaon has claimed that two of his daughters, Juan Ruchi Jaitley, 20 and Ayesha Aditi Jaitley, 7 had been kidnapped. He has filed a complain in the police station on Sunday night that his daughters had been kidnapped outside the Pizza Hut outlet at the DLF City Centre in Gurgaon.

The broad daylight kidnapping has caused a stir in Gurgoan. Tejpal Jaitley, the father of the girls, is a doctor. He stays in the building opposite the mall.

On the other hand, after preliminary investigations DSP Sumit Kumar said that there is no evidence found to prove the kidnapping incident. The DSP said:

The guard standing outside the mall denied any incident of kidnapping outside the Pizza Hut Outlet.

However, Tejpal said that it could be because of a property dispute. He also expressed apprehension that the girls might be taken to the US. IG Mohinder Lal sent a police team to IGI Airport too.

The Gurgaon police has a thought the incident is probably linked to any marital conflict as they came to know that both the girls are US citizens.

After some time, an unidentified person called up the police and lodged a complaint that a Delhi Police officer is involved in the kidnapping.

Later, after the news spread of the kidnapping, people started leaving the mall in a hurry. Everybody was surprised on this incident that happened in a crowded place. Police is still investigating the matter and has found no clue as yet.
