Four murders in one month in south Mumbai caused a rumor of the existence of a serial killer in India’s financial capital, Mumbai. On last Thursday morning, the police had recovered a dead body of a 35-year-old man in South Mumbai.
The body, with multiple stab-injuries, was found at the Anandilal Poddar Chowk near Gol Masjid area in South Mumbai. The important part of the story is that all the four dead bodies were found in similar circumstances.
Now the Mumbai police are thinking that there is a gang of frustrated homosexuals behind this South Mumbai serial killing. However, they are still to make any headway in the case.
ACP Prakash Aade said;
Last night police questioned three homosexuals but did not find anything in this case. Mumbai police have started round-the-clock police patrolling in South Mumbai.
It has driven gays and drug addicts away from their trouble under the flyovers and dark corners.
According to the Times of India report, there are some famous spots such as Marine Drive, Church gate station, and Oval ground in South Mumbai that may be called as favorite spots for the gays and drug addicts. They usually look for partners at night and ramble around with them.
Now, Mumbai Police are taking an eye on the activities of these kinds of group in South Mumbai areas.
