Terrorism has found its new base that is South India. Indian Intelligence agencies are working hard to detect the ISI-backed Terrorist outfits with LTTE.
LTTE and ISI are two most dreaded outfits in the south Asian region. The increasing terror activities in south India may have a link with ISI-LTTE bond against India.
The arrest of two Pakistani terrorists in Mysore has unveiled the shifting base to south India and it has possible link with Colombo. The intelligence agencies are digging about the presence of ISI in Sri Lanka to control the terrorist activities in south India.
According to a senior police officer, one of the Pakistani terrorist, Fahad speaks Tamil and Malayalam comfortablly. There could be a Sri Lankan link in this case.
Till recently, Bangalore was being used as hiding place for the terrorists but now they are attacking the city. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore was attacked in December 28, 2005.
Bangalore has several defence, atomic and space establishments and it is the center place of booming IT sector in India. But it has become a latent target of terrorism.

As per LTTE & ISI any type of bond is concerned,that can never b possible.As both are rival of eaCH OTHER.
LET ME ADD HERE THAT AS PER THE ORDERS OF PRESIDENT, WHO IS ALSO ARMY CHIEF,EVEN ISI IS TAKING DRASTING ACTION AGAINIST SUCH GROUPS WHO WERE INVOLVE IN KASHMIR.
SO INDIA SHOULD ENCOURAGE PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN.AS SUCH BOLD STEPS HAS BEEN TAKEN FIRST TIME BY ANY RULER OF PAKISTAN.PRESIDENT WAS ATTACKED TWO TIMES ONLY BECOZ OF SUCH BOLD STEPS.
BUT SORRY TO SAY IN BOTH COUNTRIES SOME SELFDESIRED ELEMENTS DONT WANT THE SUCCESS OF PEACE PROCESS.SO MAKING MEDIA TRIAL WD EACH OTHER.BLAMMING ISI IS ONE EXAMLE .
