Jet aircraft flying Indian, Aussie cricketers survives mid-air scare

According to a report, the Australian cricket team and some of Indian cricketers survived a mid-air scare on Monday when a bird hit the Jet Airways aircraft carrying them from Nagpur to Mumbai.

It happened 10 minutes after the take off and forced the pilot of the plane to take an emergency landing of the aircraft in Nagpur. The pilot of the Jet Flight NW112 decided to come back to Nagpur when he cane to know about technical faults in five blades of the plane.

Indian cricketers including Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Rahul Dravid, RP Singh, Harbhajan Singh were on board along with the Australian cricket team. Airport director S.M. Borkar said:

All players are safe and they will take a special flight of Jet Airways later in the day.

The report said further that Bollywood actopr Ashutosh Rana and a cabinet minister of Maharashtra government were also on board along with cricketers
