The music will prevail over the sound of guns in the valley now. Last week, Prasar Bharti has been launched FM Rainbow in Jammu and Kashmir and now, Reliance has also launched it’s first-ever FM service in the Jammu region and valley.

People are very enthusiastic and excited with this new 24×7 FM music services. They are hopeful to win over the valley troubles with the help of music.

The Radio jockey Shweta Sharma said that

we just want to take the stress out of the people and want to make them feel good.

By the use of local Dogri and Kashmiri music, the FM radios are giving the listeners the news, the traffic situation etc too.

At the same time, Rainbow FM, is also working to attach the remote places of Jammu and Kashmir with rest of India.
