The medical experts are giving advices to people to just at home or office during day time and drink lots of water. At least nine people have been died because of the deadly combination of scorching heat and power cuts in Uttar Pradesh. Delhiites are facing the similar fate in most of the parts as people came out on the road in the protest for the power cuts and no water supply.

According to IBN 7 report, 4 people died in Allahabad and 2 people were found dead in a public park. Amritsar has registered temperature at six degrees above normal to 46 degree. The other parts of the northern India such as Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and some parts of Jammu and Kashmir also have recorded temperatures above the normal.
Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that the maximum temperature has gone four degrees above normal at 45 degree and the minimum temperature has also gone five degrees above normal at 34 degree.
The IMD said further that the less the difference between the maximum and minimum figures during summer, the warmer will be the day. The plunge of humidity to 26 percent from 40 percent last year has also resulted in killing heat because the low humidity people sweat less and leading to dehydration.
