Bashira Bibi, an 80-year-old Pakistani woman is like just another victim of India-pakistan partition. She got visa to visit India after 58 years.



She is now in India with her sons for the first time since Partition. She has urged the government to allow her to live her rest of life in India with her sons’ family in her family village in Amritsar.



Bashira Bibi remembered the day when she got separated from his family because of partition and said,

On day in 1947, I just had went to Faisalabad (Now in Pakistan) and after that she never met with her family members.

It may take another 58 years to get permission to visit India. So, I do not want to go back to Pakistan. Let me die in India.
