Mohammad Shoaib Kasam Ghansar, 43, has been convicted as fifth guilty on the charges of conspiracy and murder in connection with ‘93 Mumbai blast. He was the mastermind behind the Zaveri Bazaar blast in which 17 people were killed.
The prosecution is all set to ask death penalty for him. He is the accused no. 9 and convict no. 5 in the blast case on the day three of judgment. However, the verdict for accused no. 10 to 13 will not be announced on Thursday.
Ghansar has 14 charges against him. He was himself a witness to all the explosive filled vehicles at the Al-Husseini building in Mahim.

punishment to the people who did the mumbai 93 blast is welcome. but this nation will continue to suffer from communal violence untill fanatic hindu mass murderors and rapists govern states like gujarat even after the genocide of nearly 2500 muslims there. Unless justice to the muslim community is done and the hindu fanatics are brought to justice there will always be communal violence. punishing muslim terrorists and letting hindu terrorists scottfree will only further breakdown an already fragile hindu-muslim relationship. real peace comes from real justice to all communities.

Dear , Hussain let remind u that INNOCENT HINDUS are killed by muslim fanatics right from Kasmir to Kanyakumari. it was u who killed the INNOCENT yatris at Godhra first. Then the Gujrat violence. It wa sU muslims who killed Innocent HINDUS in Mumbai in 1993. It was U muslims who Killed INNOCENT HINDUS in mumbai train blasts in July 11 2006. It was you Muslim fanatics who killed 45 sikhs in Kashmir , it was u Muslims who killed INNOCENT HINDUS in Gateway blasts. It was u Muslim Fantics who Killed INNOCENT people in WTC inNEWYORK on sep 11 2001. do u still want some more incidents . Wake up Hussain ur religon is full of terrorists.and again all muslims are not terrorists but all TERRORISTS ARE MUSLIMS.

Congratulations to Mr Nikam for able to fight for the INNOCENT HINDUS who were killed by MUSLIM FANATICS . congrats once again for able to give justice to the family of those INNOCENT HINDUS who lost their only earning member in that gruesome heinous blasts done by Fanatic Shameless muslims from our own country. They have proved it time and again that they are the traitors by birth and will remain for ever. as in hindi the proverb goes namak haram.
