The Soccer World Cup is going on and people here in India, are becoming mad about that. This is ok. Soccer is a beautiful game. Who wants to miss that when the great teams are playing on the ground?



However, we Indians have developed the tendency to relate everything to get political gain. Italy faces France in the World Cup final. Before I forget, let me remind you that the most powerful politician in India belongs to Italy.



A group of outlandish Youth Congress leaders of Bihar found a novel way to appease their so-called godmother, Ms. Sonia Gandhi. The extra-enthusiastic leaders of Youth Congress were performing a yagnya. They were spending a shitload of money on this Yagna.



Could you make any guess for what purpose they are performing all that? Don’t laugh when you hear this:



The yagna was being held to pray for Italy to win the World Cup. Moreover, there were huge pictures and banners of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi placed at the yagnya site. The passionate leaders did promise to distribute hundred kgs of laddoos if Italy will win the final.



I am hoping now, that if Italy wins the final, those leaders will definitely go to 10 Janpath for celebrating the party.
