Taliban is on recruitment drive in the rural parts in Bihar? The CNN IBN has reported that video CDs are being distributed in some of the villages in Bihar. The CD is designed to provoke youth to join the Taliban to fight for injustice. This is a serious threat to the internal security of the country.

The CD is mainly targeting the Muslim youth of different parts in Bihar. A local resident in Patna told to CNN IBN that these CDs are being distributed to provoke the Muslim youths in many villages in north Bihar.

In the CD, Osama Bin Laden is looking making appeal in the name of almighty Allah to join the Taliban force to join the Holy war or jehad.

According to the report, the CD has all the contents and pictures that may easily motivate unemployed youths to join the Taliban.

The CNN-IBN has further reported that the Army intelligence is well aware about the distribution of the CDs in villages. Army intelligence has already been alerted to restrict the circulation of the CD.

According to the intelligence, the CDs are being distributed by some madarsas that are located at the Indo-Nepal border.

The police and Army intelligence have started investing that from where the CDs are coming and which organizations are behind the distribution of the CDs.
