But it had some risk also . As the court of law goes through some systematic proceeding which has some adversity but it take decision judiciously and not by emotion . This type of on the spot punishment may have some gimmick but it can be dangerous also as this can be used maliciously by some evil minded people to give a innocent man punishment .
